India’s greatest symbol of love and the central monument of composite culture, The Taj Mahal, has been dropped from the list of premier tourist attractions in the Yogi Adityanath-led BJP government’s booklet.

Controversy is raging over the vital omission. Ministers, however, are feigning innocence.

A local news channel, K News, invited me as guest on their live show about this controversy. For the very first time, I joined the programme and made some vital points.

First, Taj Mahal is the only symbol of love and composite culture the rest of the world understands vis-a-vis India.Secondly, Over 100 Million people worldwide voted Taj as the Wonder of the World in new Millennium poll. In a way, voters constitute a country bigger than that of the India’s population.

Secondly, Over 100 Million people worldwide voted Taj as the Wonder of the World in new Millennium poll. In a way, voters constitute a country bigger than that of the India’s population.

By deleting Taj Mahal from the Tourism map, Yogi’s government has betrayed and humiliated the sentiments of TAJ MAHAL Lovers worldwide, thereby, earning notoriety and malice-born bad blood.

Thirdly, Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party government was ‘Good Samaritan’ and history-sensitive administration in advertising majestic monument as the ‘Crown Jewel’ of Uttar Pradesh, India’s most populous province.

Before Akhilesh Yadav government, foreigners had no idea about the locus standi of Taj Mahal. Everyone thought Taj is in India. It was Akhilesh, young Turk of socialist movement, who popularised that Taj Mahal is in Uttar Pradesh of India, by the south bank of the Yamuna river.

Fourthly, I spoke about the Taliban Mindset gripping the mind, body and heart and soul of the BJP government in UP.

Segregation of heritage on religious lines is a bad politics. Past is the heap of rubbish. Those who go back to past for guidance are condemned to misery and destruction.

Fifthly, I said, Yogi Adityanath is free to advertise and popularise his Gorakhanth Math in addition to painting everything in Saffron colour.

But why should he snatch away the emotion and dreams of young man and women who dream of ‘Miniature Taj Mahal’ in their wanderlust.

I quoted Agra-born Rajendra Yadav, veteran litterateur and editor of heritage literature magazine, Hans, Chhote Chhote Taj Mahal, Miniature Taj Mahal..

Sixthly, I recounted my experience with an Israeli couple in the premise of Taj Mahal a decade ago.

The Jews couple told me, “I have come to view the beautiful monument of Mughal era after my father motivated me to take this adventure to India.

My grandfather was here with my grandma. He said don’t go to India without any plan for the Taj Mahal.”

Imagine, the love for architectural beauty of an Islamic Emperor in the mind and heart of a Jewish traveller.

Seventhly, I quoted Nobel Laureate poet Rabindra Nath Tagore–Taj Mahal is a drop of tear on the cheek of Time.

Sharing some images of my own visit with my lady and the clown boy Marcos along with picture of today’s TV appearance…

The modern incarnate of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan would need $ 827 million to build the white marble wonder Taj Mahal. But can its aestheticism be recreated by any modern financial czar of the world?

Can any Wall Street Wolf build another Taj Mahal? Crown of Palaces is the hallmark of India’s richest past under the Mughal rule! This majestic monument in the western zone of Agra in the socialist state of Rising Uttar Pradesh bowls you over and over again with its bewitching beauty. The more you gaze its dome, spires, minarets, calligraphy and paradise-perfumed gardens, the more its beauty kills you…

India’s Nobel laureate Tagore said: The Taj Mahal rises above the banks of the river like a solitary tear suspended on the cheek of time…

Revisiting the most majestic monument of 17th century dedicated to eternal love and affection, Taj Mahal, in Agra of socialist country Uttar Pradesh, was quite a memorable experience.

More memorable with the toddler Marcos as he debuted with the Marble mausoleum viewing!!!

Marcos’s mom Fermina Mukta Singh was sighting the spectacular architecture of universal heritage value for the second time!!!
